Screen Craft Rights is a Collective Management Organisation (CMO), also known as a Collecting Society, representing the copyright interests of film and television craft authors: Cinematographers, Costume Designers, Editors and Production Designers.
Screen Craft Rights is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Chief Executive.
Screen Craft Rights is a small company, and the Chief Executive is our sole permanent employee.
As the successful candidate, you will have a broad range of skills. You will be highly organised, able to meet the strict deadlines inherent in the cycles of claims and distributions. You will be happy to work primarily on your own. Furthermore, you will be able to embrace the existing systems and structures for managing Screen Craft Rights’ activity, but have the vision to spot and implement possible refinements.
You will report directly to the Board of Directors on a regular basis, and to the membership at the Annual General Meeting.
When necessary the Chief Executive can call on the company’s accountant, legal adviser and IT support for specialist help and advice.
We actively encourage applications from individuals from diverse and under-represented backgrounds. To make sure we are inclusive and accessible to all, please let us know if you require any reasonable adjustments or assistance, either to help you with your application or whilst working with us.
