ACO/GBCT Geared Heads course - 'Working with the Geared Head'
The Association iof Camera Operators (ACO) , in collaboration with the Guild of British Camera Technicians (GBCT) and our joint patrons Sunbelt Rentals UK, is hosting a Geared Head Workshop on Saturday 10 May 2025. The cost of the course is £75 per attendee. The application deadline is 22nd April.

Workshop details:
The workshop has a limited capacity of 12 attendees and is open to Full and Associate members of the ACO, as well as GBCT members currently employed as camera operators.
Special consideration will be extended to 1st ACs from both organisations who are transitioning to the Operator role.
Three highly experienced Geared Head instructors from the ACO will guide participants through a series of practical exercises, demonstrating the proper operation and use of Geared Head equipment.
Applicants are asked to submit their CVs to the ACO Training Committee for selection (training@theaco.net), along with a brief explanation of their interest in attending the workshop.
